To keep your prints looking as good as you do: Turn shirt inside out, wash cold with like colors, and we always recommend that you wash on gentle cycle and hang to dry!
After your order have been placed and we have started the procss of making your shirt/shirts cancellations, refunds, and or exchanges will not be allowed. However we are happy to discuss other possibly solutions.
All shirts are hand printed in the United States and are initiated after purchase during business hours. Typical turn around time is 5-7 business days, then it will ship USPS. *Please note - viral sales may take up to 14 business days to begin shipping because our shirts are made to order by hand.

Once your order has left the facility and scanned by USPS you will get a shipping notification via email, where you can track your order. Your local postal service delivers the final product.If I move, will my package be forwarded?
Shipped packages will not forward to a new address. We need to be informed of the new address prior to shipping. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed. Orders lost in the mail due to an incorrect address given will be issued a store credit. Since we print to order, the same shirts may not be available. We do not offer refunds.How do you ship?
Our packages are shipped through USPS who has the local mail carrier make final delivery. International orders tracking number may change once the transfer has been made. Customer Service will be able to look up the new number, please email them at ezfitnessbodymechanics@gmail.com. Please use caution when using scissors to open packages. Have you spoken with your mail carrier? Occasionally, the post office misplaces a package or the tracking is a day off even though tracking shows delivered. If after 1 week from the tracking delivery date and your order still has not been delivered, we can issue a store credit. Our packages will not forward to a new address.Return policy

Sometimes damaged/defective items slip though. Please contact customer service for a replacement at ezfitnessbodymechanics@gmail.com with a photo of your defective garment, along with your order number and we'll ship you another one depnding on the damage.Please use caution when using scissors to open packages. Due to our handmade printing process, garments may vary slightly in size, color, texture, and shape from the photo. Many of our shirts have a distressed effect. All shirts come with our 'EZ 'Fitness Body Mechanics ' Logo on them, no exceptions.
